Job Overview

Osmow's Shawarma is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
As a Culinary Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating food preparation staff, ensuring high-quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. You will also be responsible for estimating ingredient and supply requirements, preparing reports, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate food preparation staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Ensure quality control standards are met by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to minimize waste and optimize inventory levels
• Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, including sales data and employee performance
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• 1-2 years of experience in a food service management position
• A college education in hospitality or a related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
