Role Overview

The Director, Inside Sales will lead a high-performing team by establishing a cohesive vision and driving business outcomes. They will work closely with Regional Vice Presidents and strategic partners to seek opportunities for sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the Inside Sales Team in keeping with the Retail Distribution Leadership Team's mandate within the organization.
  • Establish partnerships internally with Client Services, Training and Development, Human Resources, Product, Marketing, and e-Business.
  • Implement initiatives to drive insurance and guaranteed wealth solutions sales.
  • Craft the overall structure of the Internal Wholesaler team.
  • Drive the vision of Inside Sales through transparent performance expectations.
Requirements
  • Senior-level sales management experience from within the Canadian insurance industry.
  • Fully bilingual (French/English) to support clients from various jurisdictions.
  • Excellent relationship management capabilities, leadership skills, and social skills.
