TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead high-rise condominium projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in real estate development. Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive project plans, overseeing construction activities, and ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the project team, including Project Managers, Site Managers, and other key personnel. A strong leader with excellent communication skills and proficiency in project management software is required. Minimum 15 years of experience in full-cycle real estate construction is necessary. The Project Director will be responsible for maintaining clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, clients, consultants, and subcontractors. The role requires a strong leader who can work collaboratively across departments and with various stakeholders. The Project Director will lead and manage all aspects of high-rise condominium projects, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery.
