Job Description

Park Theatre seeks a skilled Business Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for managing various business operations, including supervising other workers, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, determining office routines, managing training and development strategies, overseeing communication strategies, responding to employee questions and complaints, organizing staff consultation and grievance procedures, and providing administrative support.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of business operations, personnel management, and administration. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of other employees to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee the development of communication strategies to maintain effective internal and external relationships.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to employee questions and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures to promote a positive work environment.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including typing and proofreading correspondence, documents, and reports.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, representing Park Theatre in a professional manner.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment arrangement.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week working schedule.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range based on the location and industry standards, estimated at approximately $45,000 - $60,000 per annum. We also provide relocation costs covered by the employer and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
