Job Title: Landscaping Foreman/Woman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Foreman/Woman to join our team at Complete Site Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of landscape construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, and organize the necessary resources and personnel.
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including grading, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Supervise the construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other landscape features.
  • Manage and supervise landscape construction work, including the supervision of nursery and greenhouse workers.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in landscape construction, with a focus on supervisory roles.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team.
Working Conditions:
  • Work will be performed outdoors, with exposure to various weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads, bend, crouch, and kneel as required.
Security and Safety:
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to pass a driver's validity license check.
