Job Title: Landscape Foreman/Forewoman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Foreman/Forewoman to join our team in Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding areas. As a key member of our crew, you will supervise, coordinate, and schedule the day-to-day work activities of our landscape construction team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train crew members in skills and methods of landscape installation
  • Plan labor requirements, equipment needs, and material deliveries to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors and provide oversight on job sites
  • Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization on job sites and in our shop/yard areas
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in landscaping construction site work, including concrete, masonry, carpentry, site layout, and water feature installation
  • Experience reading and interpreting scaled drawings
  • Leadership skills and ability to engage others in efficient and organized task accomplishment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and clients
