Landscaping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Foreman/Woman to join our team at Complete Site Services Inc.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our landscaping team, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, and organize the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns.
- Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including grading, and organize and direct the construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls.
- Plan, manage, and supervise landscape construction work, including maintaining work records and logs.
- Supervise nursery and greenhouse workers, and ensure that all team members are working safely and efficiently.
- Manage and maintain a team of 5-10 people, and ensure that all team members are trained and equipped to perform their duties.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Steel-toed safety boots and other necessary equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to handle heavy loads and physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
The successful candidate will be required to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, and to handle heavy loads and physically demanding tasks.
