We are a leading transportation company seeking an experienced Executive Director, Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the management of our logistics and transportation operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Financial Management: Manage the company's financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Human Resources: Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies, including talent management, training, and employee engagement.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with our operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
