About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as an Executive Director, Logistics Operations at Kooner Trucking Ltd. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our transportation services, ensuring the efficient and effective management of our fleet, and driving business growth through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Fleet Management: Oversee the management of our fleet, including vehicle maintenance, driver management, and logistics operations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Financial Management: Establish and manage financial and administrative controls, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Customer Relations: Represent the company in negotiations and other official functions, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, logistics, or transportation management.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a senior management role, with a proven track record of success in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and other relevant software applications.
