Job Responsibilities

  • Manage staff in the performance of their daily tasks
  • Foster positive working relationships with and among reporting staff
  • Oversee NOI and CAPEX budget management in your portfolio
  • Ensure portfolio operations are safe, efficient, and well-documented
  • Analyze monthly financial statements
  • Be available Monday to Friday during the day and on call for emergencies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma from a recognized institution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-oriented and reliable
