Farm Labourer Job Description

RIDDOCH GINSENG is seeking a reliable and physically fit Farm Labourer to join our team. As a Farm Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on our farm, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
  • Fertilize and spray crops
  • Harvest crops
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
Work Environment:

The work environment is outdoors, with exposure to wet/damp, dusty, and hot conditions. You will be required to work in a rural area, with various locations.

Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience an asset
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and physically demanding tasks
Working Conditions:

The work is physically demanding, with repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods. You will also be required to bend, crouch, kneel, and walk.
