Farm Worker Job Description

Feth Farms Ltd. is seeking a reliable and physically capable Farm Worker to join our team. As a Farm Worker, you will be responsible for planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops, as well as operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Fertilize and spray crops
  • Harvest crops
  • Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market
Work Environment:

The work site environment is outdoors, with exposure to wet/damp, dusty, and hot conditions. You will be working in a rural area, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy loads
  • Flexibility and ability to work overtime
  • Team player with good communication skills
