**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to provide comprehensive care and support.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical and cognitive functioning to identify areas for improvement and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement and evaluate treatment plans, using evidence-based practices and clinical reasoning to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to educate and empower individuals to achieve their goals and maintain independence.
  • Participate in case conferences and case management to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and submit reports to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Supervise Occupational Therapy students and contribute to the development of the team's clinical expertise.

**Requirements**

  • Registration with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists.
  • Previous experience treating clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in occupational therapy.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (for travel to client sites, as required).
