Job Summary

We are seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist at Lifemark, you will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical and cognitive functioning to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients' unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to clients.
  • Supervise Occupational Therapy students and provide guidance and mentorship.
  • Network with stakeholders to promote Lifemark's occupational therapy programs and services.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in occupational therapy.
  • Previous experience supporting auto insurance, long-term disability, and WSIB referrals is an asset.
  • Experience supporting occupational rehabilitation is an asset.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
