Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, and inventory to optimize menu pricing and profitability.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to stay ahead of culinary trends and customer preferences.
- Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution of menu items and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with our purchasing team to source high-quality ingredients and manage kitchen supplies.
- Plan and execute special events and banquets, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Conduct regular kitchen inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of menu development, cost control, and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fast-paced kitchen environment with tight deadlines.
- Standing for extended periods and frequent lifting of heavy objects.
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- English (fluent).
