About the Role

Graham is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our Industrial division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing oversight to junior staff in the coordinator, scheduling, quantity surveying, reporting, and quality control functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cost reporting systems for project components
  • Monitor labor, equipment, material, and subtrade costs, and review accruals with the Project Manager
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop schedules and monitor progress
  • Identify critical path and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Review and monitor actual construction vs. schedule
  • Control drawings, drawing records, revisions, site instructions, and change orders
  • Maintain QA/QC documentation and records of testing and inspections
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards
  • Assist with payroll functions and progress invoicing
Requirements
  • Construction Management or Construction Engineering degree
  • Trade Certification or Technical Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a construction environment
  • Experience working at a General Contractor, including construction management knowledge of Industrial projects
  • Good communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate in MS Suite, including MS Project
