Graham is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our Industrial division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing oversight to junior staff in the coordinator, scheduling, quantity surveying, reporting, and quality control functions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement cost reporting systems for project components
- Monitor labor, equipment, material, and subtrade costs, and review accruals with the Project Manager
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop schedules and monitor progress
- Identify critical path and ensure timely completion of projects
- Review and monitor actual construction vs. schedule
- Control drawings, drawing records, revisions, site instructions, and change orders
- Maintain QA/QC documentation and records of testing and inspections
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards
- Assist with payroll functions and progress invoicing
- Construction Management or Construction Engineering degree
- Trade Certification or Technical Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field experience
- 3+ years of experience in a construction environment
- Experience working at a General Contractor, including construction management knowledge of Industrial projects
- Good communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate in MS Suite, including MS Project
