About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Auberge du Pommier. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring that every drink is crafted with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and fulfill drink orders in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our beverage menu, including wine, spirits, and cocktails.
  • Build relationships with guests, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized service to ensure a memorable experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • ProServe Certification is a requirement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding guest expectations.
