Job Title: Senior Java Developer

At S.i. Systèmes, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for the development and support of J2EE and WebSphere applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development/maintenance of comprehensive processes for prevention of issues and participate in problem determination and timely resolution of incidents applying appropriate quality measures.
  • Experience in using, performance monitoring tools to diagnose performance related issues.
  • Able to configure J2EE environments, and troubleshoot any configuration issues.
  • Write unit tests, ensuring all developed code and functionality have sufficient test coverage.
  • Write technical documentation, covering any J2EE configuration.
  • Communicate status and issues to team members and development manager.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of Java specifically J2EE, with experience developing IBM WebSphere applications.
  • Troubleshooting web apps (Apache, Tomcat, Java and JVM settings).
  • Client-side implementation of certificates (JKS).
Nice to Have:
  • Springboot microservice development and Restful APIs.
