Job Title: Chef de Partie

La Baracca is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets, ensuring that dishes are presented to the highest standards.
  • Menu Planning and Quality Control: Plan menus and ensure that food meets quality standards, taking into account dietary requirements and allergies.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
