The estimated annual salary for this position is $95,000 - $125,000 depending on experience and qualifications.



Job Description


This role involves executing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) operations contracts sites. Supervising mechanical operations staff, programming, monitoring alarm responses, and communicating with clients and O&M teams are key responsibilities.



Responsibilities



  • Hire, train, and schedule staff to fulfill O&M contractual obligations
  • Program and monitor alarm responses and mechanical operations
  • Communicate with clients and facility occupants to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement employee training and development plans
  • Provide regular management reports as requested by the O&M team and client
  • Ensure compliance with city, state, and federal license and certification requirements
  • Review work and assure performance in accordance with established safety procedures
  • Comply with company policies and procedures


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience
  • Five or more years of experience in operations and maintenance
  • Able to program and operate Building Automation Systems
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and their operation
  • Able to manage and train entry-level personnel
  • Knowledge of JCI procedures and policies
  • Team player committed to working in a quality environment
