Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
Job Description:
The successful candidate will have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably with a background in machining or mechanical engineering. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing and submitting reports, recommending measures to improve productivity, resolving work problems, providing technical advice, and training or arranging for training.
You will also oversee the safety of operations, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, set up machines and equipment, supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also be able to handle heavy loads, work independently, and as part of a team. A strong understanding of CNC machines and programming is essential.
