Job Title: Unregulated Care Provider

Are you passionate about providing high-quality care to residents? Do you have a heart for helping others? We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Unregulated Care Provider to join our team at Bayfield Retirement in Kemptville, ON.

About the Role:
As a Unregulated Care Provider, you will provide direct personal and nursing care to residents, meeting their physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. You will work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best possible care for our residents.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in providing direct care for residents, including personal care and nursing tasks
• Provide emotional and social support to residents and their families, including palliative care
• Work with the care team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
• Support your colleagues in providing high-quality care

Requirements:
• PSW Program Certificate or Diploma is an asset but not required
• Passion and heart for providing quality care
• Knowledge and experience in care planning systems and documentation
• Ability to communicate positively with other staff, residents, and families
