We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Unregulated Care Provider to join our team at Southbridge Care Homes. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing direct care to residents, ensuring their physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual needs are met.
- Provide emotional and social support to residents and their families, including palliative care.
- Collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Support your colleagues in providing exceptional care and service.
Requirements:
- PSW Program Certificate or Diploma is an asset, but not required.
- Passion and commitment to providing quality care.
- Knowledge and experience in care planning systems and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
