About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Molly Maid. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate and manage cleaning schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Inspect facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and services.
  • Recommend additional services, such as painting or repairs, to maintain facilities.
  • Process payments for specialized cleaning jobs.
  • Assist cleaning staff with tasks as needed.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
Supervision and Team Management
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people.
  • Manage a team of 5-10 people.
