Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recreation and Fitness Program Coordinator to join our team at Premium Caulking Inc.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing recreational, fitness, and sports activities for our clients. This includes instructing athletic and fitness techniques, supervising staff, and leading groups in leisure programs.

You will also be required to maintain records, schedule activities, and prepare reports. Additionally, you will assist with the coordination of events and ensure that health and safety regulations are followed.

Responsibilities
  • Instruct athletic and fitness techniques to individuals and groups
  • Supervise staff and train them in program implementation
  • Lead groups in recreational or leisure programs
  • Plan and carry out recreational, fitness, and sports activities
  • Maintain accurate logs and records
  • Prepare reports and assist with event coordination
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in recreation and fitness programming
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
