We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at BDS International Brokerage Ltd.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Respond to electronic inquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
