Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at BDS International Brokerage Ltd.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages
- Respond to electronic inquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- A competitive salary of $**45,000 - $60,000 per year
- English language support for all tasks
