We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Pro Vita Care Management in North Vancouver. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through attentive and personalized care.
Job SummaryAs a Licensed Practical Nurse at Pro Vita Care Management, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality nursing care to our residents. This includes observing, monitoring, and documenting their physical and psychological conditions, providing personal care as needed, and ensuring adherence to infection control practices.
You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to assess resident health status, including differentiating between normal and abnormal physical findings, recognizing deviations from mental health baseline, and differentiating between dementia and delirium.

Key Responsibilities- Observe, monitor, and document residents' physical and psychological conditions
- Provide personal care as needed and support emergency staff scheduling
- Ensure adherence to infection control practices
- Assess resident health status, including differentiating between normal and abnormal physical findings and recognizing deviations from mental health baseline
- Graduation from a recognized Practical Nursing program
- Active registration with the BCCNM as an LPN
- Occupational First Aide Level 1 certification (preferred)
- Satisfactory proof of COVID-19 vaccinations
- Effective communication skills in English
