Executive Director, Hospital Management

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our hospital management team at Kirkwood Management Services Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Establish clear objectives and formulate or approve policies and programs to drive business growth.
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to ensure a strong leadership team.
- Financial Management
- Plan and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability and growth.
- Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions to inform business decisions.
- Human Resources
- Establish and implement human resources planning to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Select and develop staff to ensure a strong and effective team.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Develop and maintain effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including staff, patients, and external partners.
- Education
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or healthcare management.
- Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Strong financial management skills, with the ability to plan and manage budgets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
