Kirkwood Management Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our hospital team.
Job Summary:The Executive Director will be responsible for allocating resources, coordinating work, and establishing objectives for the organization. They will also formulate policies, plan budgets, and review information regarding product innovations and market conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority.
- Plan and manage budgets.
- Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions.
- Master's degree.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience.
- Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, and under pressure.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Efficient interpersonal skills and a team player attitude.
- Health care plan.
- Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP).
