Executive Director, Hospital Management

Kirkwood Management Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our hospital management team.
Job Summary:The Executive Director will be responsible for allocating resources, coordinating team efforts, and establishing objectives for the organization. They will also formulate policies, plan budgets, and review market conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate necessary authority and create optimum working conditions.
- Plan and manage budgets.
- Plan development projects.
- Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions.
- Negotiate business contracts.
- Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
- Master's degree.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Health care plan.
- Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP).
