We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at TAGGAR CONSTRUCTION INC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Management: Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of our construction team members, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with our project managers to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site, and that all necessary safety protocols are in place.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to our management team on site progress, including production reports, safety reports, and other relevant information.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
