We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at TAGGAR CONSTRUCTION INC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination
    • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Site Management
    • Supervise and manage construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
    • Monitor and control site costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, including carpenters, laborers, and apprentices.
    • Provide guidance and training to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Communication and Reporting
    • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including project managers, clients, and contractors.
    • Prepare and submit regular project reports, including progress updates, budget reports, and safety reports.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years
