We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our Architecture and Engineering program. This is a key role that requires a strong understanding of the industry and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage relationships with key clients within the Architecture & Engineering Program.
- Expand our existing network of Architecture & Engineering clients through outreach and organizational programs.
- Act as the technical bridge between the firm and the Architectural and Consulting Engineering communities.
- Collaborate with other offices on program initiatives and related feedback utilized for program enhancements.
- Maintain good relationships with security consultants by visiting project sites, offices, and industry events.
- Help organize and execute the Architectural and Engineering program's events.
- Use Salesforce to track key clients and potential project opportunities.
- Foster program growth through education, training, and strategic business management.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on program activities.
- 5+ years' client-facing industry experience in either engineering, security integration and consulting, system design and application, and/or technical sales.
- Bachelor's degree in a related Engineering field is preferred (Electrical Engineering, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, etc.).
- Bilingual, this role requires fluency in both English and French, both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication skills, with strong networking skills.
- Proven ability to work independently.
- Possess a strong business acumen, with the ability to think strategically.
