Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Sales Support Associate to join our team. As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the efficient day-to-day operations of our Sales Center of Expertise and supporting the work of our service sales representatives and mechanics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and dispatch proposals to customers on behalf of field mechanics, sales representatives, and maintenance supervisors.
  • Contribute to the accuracy of our sales system by updating customer information, removing duplicate proposals, and updating outdated proposals.
  • Work with the sales team to update documents and overall processes.
  • Assist new employees in understanding our Service Sales Associate program through training and orientation sessions.
  • Ensure all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CRM experience.
  • Otis proposal experience and elevator industry knowledge.
