About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at ENT Mississauga LLP. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare financial statements, trial balances, and other financial reports to support business decision-making.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, manage benefits administration, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Assist in the development and implementation of financial plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as accounting or finance.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and accuracy.
