We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at 13054748 Canada Inc. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial support and services to our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
- Accounting and Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Process payroll and benefits for employees, including calculating and preparing cheques.
- Financial Analysis and Planning: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop financial plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, and identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as accounting or finance.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a financial operations role.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. The work language is English.
