Salary & Benefits


The anticipated salary range for this position is $95,000-$100,000. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits are available.



Job Description


You will create solution architectures for systems ensuring all recommendations are explored for time, cost, and compliance to our client policies while meeting business requirements.


Responsibilities



  • Design and present technical solutions with data ingestion, transformation, and scheduling to review and sign-off with clients.
  • Analyze customer use cases and available data to prepare for automated and ongoing data ingestion to meet customer requirements.
  • Evaluate agreement of requirements, Merkle policies, and industry best practices.
  • Create solution design options based on requirements and client standards, patterns, and procedures.
  • Architect data feeds, design platform configurations, and components needed to run complex automated campaigns.
  • Complete detailed solution design documentation, including input into client standard reference models.
  • Identify CDP enhancements, extending frameworks, and incorporating new ideas.
  • Create necessary workflows to extract data, transform the data, and load the data into CDP.
  • Data Transformation and ETL through custom development and automated solutions.
  • Data Ingestion through custom development to meet client requirements.
  • Streaming: Architect and develop ongoing solutions to ingest customer data in real-time using streaming technology.
  • Batch: Architect and develop ongoing solutions to automate batch ingestion for AEP customers.
  • Deploy final solutions to production environments (or client end-state environments).
  • Identify and resolve issues related to overall platform performance from data ingestion to data distribution.
  • Identify, create, enhance internal systems, and services based on recurring client requests and evolving industry standards.
  • Post-deployment, provide ongoing maintenance and support of solutions and knowledge transfer to appointed teams.


Qualifications



  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (any of RT-CDP, AJO, CJA).
  • Experience working in an agency or consulting company across multiple industries.
  • Keep current on market trends and shifting industry standards.
  • Successful experience collaborating on large complex deals and leading teams.
  • Personal technical credibility through direct experience leading and inspiring teams on main technologies and best practices.
  • Experience with activation platforms and concepts (CMS, DAM, ad serving).
  • Effectively work independently and under guidance.
  • Experience with data security and privacy best practices.


Solid Understanding Of:



  • Software development and Agile delivery.
  • Platform architecture with focus on data ingress and egress.
  • XDM & Mix-Ins (for data modeling).
  • Relational database concepts with exposure to SQL.
  • Data management, segmentation, ETL best practices.
  • Scripting and query development.
