About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join Mondelēz International as a Maintenance and Reliability Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the execution of maintenance programs, including building maintenance, facilities maintenance, and capital expenditure management.
  • Implement Integrated Lean 6 Sigma (IL6S) methodologies to drive zero breakdowns and improve maintenance efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including internal and external partners.
  • Lead inventory optimization initiatives and projects related to Maintenance, Repairs, and Operations (MRO).
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of maintenance and reliability principles, including Autonomous Maintenance and Progressive Maintenance.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and qualify next-level work process owners.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, with experience in SAP and CMMS.
