Food & Beverage Manager - Restaurant & Outlets Manager
**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at Gecko Hospitality. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our Food & Beverage team to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction across several outlets throughout the hotel and property.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead and manage the Food & Beverage team to deliver high-quality service and achieve business objectives
* Oversee day-to-day operations, including budget management, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety standards
* Collaborate with the team to create innovative menus and enhance the overall dining experience
* Foster a family-friendly environment where both guests and team members feel valued and appreciated
**What We Offer**
* A competitive salary of $65,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and expertise

**Requirements**
* Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
