Marketing Manager Job Description

At Smartworld Infotech solutions inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including social media, content marketing, and event planning.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Performance Measurement: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
