Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Laymoon Restaurant & Cafe. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, including creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve marketing strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software, including social media management platforms, email marketing software, and SEO tools.
