Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Laymoon Restaurant & Cafe. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing efforts.
  • Manage and maintain our website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
