About the Role

TULEK ENTERPRISES LTD is seeking a skilled Landscaper to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor construction team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing beautiful and functional outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Build Models: Create detailed designs and models for landscaping projects, taking into account client preferences and site constraints.
  • Manage Landscaping Projects: Oversee the installation of landscaping features, including plants, hardscapes, and irrigation systems.
  • Prepare Conceptual Designs: Develop initial design concepts for clients, incorporating their ideas and preferences.
  • Prepare Proposals: Create detailed proposals for clients, outlining project scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Estimate Costs: Provide accurate estimates for materials and labor costs associated with landscaping projects.
  • Prepare Presentation Graphics and Drawings: Create visual aids to present to clients, including 2D and 3D designs.
  • Write Specifications: Develop detailed specifications for landscaping materials and equipment.
  • Survey and Assess Designated Sites: Conduct site assessments to determine the best course of action for landscaping projects.
  • Apply Various Treatments: Apply pruning, spraying, and other treatments to maintain healthy plants and landscapes.
  • Plan and Coordinate Plant Growth: Develop plans to promote healthy plant growth and maximize the aesthetic appeal of landscapes.
  • Plant and Maintain Lawns and Gardens: Plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens, ensuring they remain healthy and visually appealing.Requirements
    • Valid Driver's Licence: Possess a valid driver's licence to transport equipment and materials.
    • Ability to Work Independently: Work independently with minimal supervision, making decisions and taking initiative as needed.
    • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring projects are completed to a high standard.
    • Handling Heavy Loads: Physically capable of handling heavy loads and equipment.
    • Ability to Distinguish Between Colours: Possess good colour vision to ensure accurate plant selection and placement.
    • Combination of Sitting, Standing, Walking: Able to work in a variety of environments, including sitting, standing, and walking.
    • Standing for Extended Periods: Able to stand for extended periods, as required by the job.
    • Bending, Crouching, Kneeling: Physically capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling to perform tasks.Personal Suitability
      • Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working effectively with clients and colleagues.
      • Organized: Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
