About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Landscape Enhancement Supervisor. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign and manage work tasks for our landscape installation crew, ensuring efficient and effective project execution.
  • Communicate schedule changes and updates to staff in a timely manner, promoting a smooth workflow.
  • Monitor and track employee time, completing work tickets for each job site to maintain accurate records.
  • Supervise crew members to ensure quality and efficiency, taking detailed site notes to inform future projects.
  • Address any crew concerns promptly, maintaining a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Monitor site safety, providing feedback and coaching as needed to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Adhere to our company's code of conduct, upholding our values of integrity, consistency, and excellence.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Landscape Install Foreman or an equivalent position.
  • Training as a landscape technician, horticulturist, or in a related field.
  • Strong communication skills for training and supervising landscapers.
  • Attention to detail to minimize errors and meet client and company standards.
  • Experience with softscape and an eye for aesthetics.
