Landscape Enhancement Supervisor

Premier Landscaping is seeking a passionate and experienced leader in horticulture to join their team as a Landscape Enhancement Supervisor in Vancouver.

About the Role

  • Lead a team of landscapers in softscape construction and ensure top-notch service and quality work.
  • Assign tasks, adapt to changes, and communicate schedule changes with staff in advance.
  • Track employee time, complete work tickets, and supervise crew to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Address crew concerns promptly and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Adhere to Premier Landscaping's code of conduct and uphold the company's values.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Landscape Install Foreman or equivalent position.
  • Training as a landscape technician, horticulturist, or related field.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with attention to detail and ability to relate to others.
  • Experience with softscape and an eye for aesthetics.
  • Alignment with Premier Landscaping's values: integrity, consistency, evolving, and enriching.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle competing priorities.
