Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Dollarama L.P./S.E.C. in Canada.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of 11-15 staff members, overseeing sales and operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and conducting performance reviews.
- Manage inventory, including organizing and maintaining stock levels, and overseeing payroll administration.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing store displays and exhibits.
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
- Flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude.
