Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving innovation within large and complex environments, ideally in health or digital health. You will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives to accelerate customer transformation, drive business growth, and deepen engagement with consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead strategic initiatives to drive business growth and customer transformation.
  • Identify pivotal growth strategies and oversee their implementation.
  • Foster strong collaboration across departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic goals.
  • Scout, establish, and manage external partnerships.
  • Implement a robust performance measurement framework to track progress.
  • Regularly report on key performance indicators and strategy updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven track record (8-10 years or equivalent) in a strategic role driving innovation within large and complex environments, ideally in health or digital health.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver complex strategic projects.
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
