Job Description:
The Research Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the organization's research initiatives. This includes providing administrative support for project planning, stakeholder engagement, and data collection. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for project planning and coordination
- Assist in data collection, organization, and analysis
- Support stakeholder engagement and outreach efforts
- Develop and maintain research databases
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A university degree with at least 2 years' experience in a similar environment
- Strong MS Office skills, including Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with various teams within an organization
- Comfortable dealing with senior executives and government officials
