- Develop and implement treatment plans, working in collaboration with our medical team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in patient care.
- Medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of two years of postgraduate training in a relevant specialty.
- Eligibility for registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
