About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McSound Investments Inc. as a key member of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless food service delivery to our customers.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training to food service staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.

Inventory Management

Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.

Staff Management

Recruit, hire, and manage food service staff, ensuring a high-performing team that meets our quality standards.

Quality Control

Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Record Keeping

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.

Tray Assembly and Supervision

Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring they are prepared to our high standards.

Work Schedule Management

Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role is required.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

40 hours per week is the standard work schedule.
